**This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.**

Position Description:
Assists with all receiving and facilities tasks for the organization.

Essential Functions

Receives and inspects shipments and verifies contents against packing lists. Receives property into the company receiving module/databases; files paperwork and provides copies of receipts when needed.

Complete data entry and ensure accurate records in company assigned databases and applications.

Assist with property asset labeling.

Distributes mail, USPS and FedEx, and sends out mail, documents and packages as required.

Maintain and check the local USPS post office box.

Assists with employee work-area moves and any necessary requirements; support onboarding for new hires.

Properly labels ATI and government property and assigns these against the appropriate department or division.

Conducts property disposals, to include proper documentation, in accordance with company policies.

Orders and/or restocks coffee, snacks, utensils, copier/printer and other supplies for all ATI offices. Ensures meeting and break rooms are properly stocked prior to use, in preparation for meetings and events.

Assists with on and off-site storage of company assets.

Provides assistance for set-up, take down, and storage of ATI Program booths and equipment.

Works closely with SCRA Facilities Management to maintain ATI's requirements for shipping and receiving, facility maintenance, and furniture installation.

Assists with and maintains company key control in all facilities.

Site administrator for corporate FedEx account, including user management and supply orders.

Assists with furniture and partition set up as needed in Palmetto Rooms.

Assist with updates to seat locator tool.
Additional Responsibilities


Provides support of new installation of modular offices and furniture for ATI workspaces (e.g.furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.), including receiving and escorting contractor 'visitors' when needed.

Operate upright hydraulic lift, as needed, when authorized.

Assists in the scheduling, meeting set up in support of ATI's facility/meeting requirements including participating in the coordination of client events and providing positive ATI internal support.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School degree and 6 years of relevant work experience, or an Associates degree and 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience in an office and/or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft MS Suite.
  • Basic math and recording abilities.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Individual must be organized and punctual.
  • Must be able to frequently lift 30-50 pounds daily and occasionally move/lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance to accept certain documents in accordance with the essential functions of this position.
  • This position is subject to a background check that includes a review of criminal records. Work Environment

This position is located in an air-conditioned, environmentally controlled atmosphere. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and the distraction level in the work environment is often heavy.
