Going through task of loan structure - looking at credit reports, income documents, policy and procedures, looking at conditions. When you look at the loan documents, you need to understand on how to identify if the borrower is self-employed or a wage employer * Going through the tasks of what is in a loan structure. * How to look at a credit reports - looking at income documents, W2's, paycheck stubs, identify and review all docs * Review our policies and procedures. * Working through income documents, asset statements, credit reports *Skills* mortgage, loan processor, loan structure, encompass, excel, income documents, asset statement, credit reports, *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Encompass experience * Looking for 2 years experience within Previous loan processing experience * Fully ONSITE in Plano, TX ( 23/hour) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
