*Description*
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone or email in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering service assistance. Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze customer needs, providing creative solutions when necessary, scheduling the appropriate services, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate management team member. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer management system. - Consumer and Industrial experience preferred - Will be taking 50-60 calls and assisting across the office with data entry and admin tasks *Additional Skills & Qualifications* HS Diploma 5+ year customer service experience Needs to be very customer service focused *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
