Must be a customer-centric person with exceptional communication, High-impact delivery, and great team player. About the Role: As an Account Specialist, you will:
- Partner with account executives and managers to drive sales, upsell, cross-sell opportunities, and manage renewals by providing relevant data and insights
- Close renewals and upsell opportunities for assigned geography or as part of a pooled resource group
- Identify the best virtual channels for engaging with customers and validate customer needs to shape product plans
- Effectively manage and grow your book of business by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities for expansion
- Track and manage all customer renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Prepare and send out quotes, contracts, and necessary documentation proactively and efficiently
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding sales, renewal, and support inquiries, and provide regular updates to the sales team and management
- Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies and focus on driving retention to achieve renewal targets
- Use an automated, insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals
- Maintain and update accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Nurture opportunities and move more renewals outside the 'digital first' selling scenarios to close for existing 'non-named' account renewals and incremental sales (upsell)
About You: You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- SaaS experience and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage 200+ accounts effectively
- Strong attention to detail and Analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism and a personable demeanor
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, particularly Salesforce
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft software programs
- A motivated, competitive, and positive attitude with the ability to maintain stable performance under pressure
- Agile learning capabilities to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills
- A commitment to a schedule that aligns with the customer's workday

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $77,000 - $143,000.
This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
