Your Day-to-Day:

• Will be responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling insurance inquiries.
• Will work with customer's concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Will interact daily with customer and colleagues while conducting specific service and administrative activities.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• The person will need to be proficient in excel in order to enter data.
• Be able to read insurance policies.
• Pull data from each policy.
• Must be detail oriented.
