Project Manager - Account Activation

Passable doesn't cut it - you've got fire in your belly to learn more, do more and be more. In this role, you will provide proactive client-facing project management. You will:

• Act as the primary project lead for the first 12 weeks of the account's activation

• Client-facing role - fast-paced and pressure-filled

• Internal and client-facing meeting preparation, e.g. creation of meeting agendas and proactive meeting facilitation - keeping meeting to plan and time

• Create project timelines and project plans for multiple projects while identifying potential issues with appropriate escalation

• Facilitate internal and client meetings with account briefing materials including meeting notes and action items

• Foster connections between internal subject matter experts, business development, and client services while adhering to all processes, tools, and technology for those departments that directly support the assigned project(s)

Essential Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• 3+ years' business experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
• Working knowledge of project management concepts
• Ability to commute to Somerset, NJ or Newtown, PA for quarterly meetings

Desired Requirements:

• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or CSO experience
• Experience working with SharePoint and/or O365 SharePoint Online project

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
