Marketing Rotational Program

This internship will provide the opportunity to experience a broad range of experience across various marketing functions for a comprehensive understanding of the marketing landscape and develop foundational skills across multiple marketing disciplines. This program will rotate through different marketing functions such as social media, campaigns, content development, digital marketing and marketing analytics.

  • Work on meaningful projects that contribute to the business, while collecting the skills and knowledge necessary to turn into a marketing professional.
  • Mentoring and coaching: Executive mentors from our marketing leadership team provide one-on-one leadership development and career advice throughout the duration of the program and beyond.

Other Responsibilities

The Marketing Strategy and Operations Intern will also support the Global Marketing Team on their global alignment efforts. This may include:

  • Support Marketing Automation platform transition program. There will be first-hand experience with the technological implementation side of new platforms as well as understanding what engagements drive customer behavior
  • Compare regional systems to look for synchronization opportunities in global CRM (Salesforce) alignment efforts
  • Map current state of Salesforce fields to future state alignment
  • Collaborate alongside various marketing teams to align an 2025 global Events wrap up and develop a 2026 global Event roadmap
  • Compile information in PowerPoint for presentations
  • Support team with day-to-day projects and perform other duties as assigned

How you will do it:

  • Use program management skills to aid in driving execution on project scope
  • Audit existing campaigns and assets for migration
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure systemic changes have been implemented
  • Analyze data to make recommendations to archive assets
  • Work inclusively with other team members
  • Remain organized with an attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence

What we look for

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong written and communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office software.

Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.
