Sr Project Manager

Managing the support of tasking involving system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management to military weapon systems, associated support systems, or management informational systems
• Managing multiple subcontractors
• Serving as primary customer contact for specific efforts to assure responsiveness to customer needs and effective professional conduct
• Mentoring and coaching assigned personnel to enhance performance and encourage professional development, hiring, firing, disciplining, and documenting performance
• Monitoring project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained
• Providing functional and technical guidance to engineering staff and management
• Providing senior level guidance on advanced specialized projects or in resolution of technical problems that would critically impact performance, schedule, or cost
• Meeting contractual obligations for customer deliverables

• Master's degree and ten years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of experience which include (experience may be concurrent):
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting DoD programs/projects or activities directly related to Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems. These systems may include some, or all of the following:
  • Data Collection Scheduling Tool (DCAST)
  • Integrated Range Status System (IRSS)
  • ATNAVICS AN/TPN-31
  • Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) AN/TRN-47(V)
  • TACAN AN/URN-32
  • AN/SPN-46 Automatic Carrier Landing Systems (ACLS)
  • Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS)
  • AN/SPN-35 Precision Approach Radar
  • AN/SPN-41/41A/41B Instrument Carrier Landing System (ICLS)
  • AN/SPN-43C Air Surveillance Radar
  • AN/SPN-50(V)1 Air Surveillance Radar
  • AN/TPX-42 CATCC/AATC Direct Altitude and Identity Readout (DAIR)
  • AN/SYY-1(V) ATC System
  • STARS
  • Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI)
  • Air 02 Digital Audio Data Recorder (DADR) System
  • ILS GRN-33
  • ICLS FRN-49
  • MQ-25 Unmanned Carrier Aviation Mission Control System (UMCS)
  • Precision Global Positioning System (GPS) Systems and similar ATC systems
• At least four years of DoD Project Management Experience
• Minimum security clearance is an active, DoD-issued Secret

• PMP certification
• Degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer sciences related field
• At least two years of experience directly supporting Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF)
• At least one year of experience operating within NAWCAD WOLF's organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) model

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

• No more than 14 business days per calendar year
• Travel may be within the Continental United States or overseas
