iRhythm Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Data Analyst) who will enable leaders to use data to understand business drivers and maximize results. As a key member of the Business Intelligence team, this person is the go-to subject matter expert on data analytics and reporting. This role will help define the data architecture, key performance indicators, and evolving self-service reporting infrastructure that drives iRhythm's business. In this role, you will use advanced analytical skills and work cross-functionally to understand strategy and translate business needs into technical data solutions. This role is responsible for creating and delivering metrics, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making. Ideally, we are looking for someone to work a HYBRID shift- 2 days a week out of one of our US-based offices (San Francisco, Deerfield Illinois, or Houston Texas).

What You Will Be Doing

• Translate business problems into data solutions by building out a focused reporting and analytics framework that will provide leadership teams with actionable insights to grow and manage the business effectively.

• Collaborate cross-functionally, including stakeholder engagement and thought leadership that yields insight-driven business recommendations for management.

• Design, build, and automate key business metrics into analytics and visualizations that tell the story of the operational health for iRhythm teams.

• Develop and deliver actionable reports and dashboards that monitor KPIs at an appropriate cadence. Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement to stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining strategic business requirements and executing on deliverables.

• Educate business users on data nuances and develop their ability to identify and distill actionable items through data mining. Drive adoption of storytelling rooted in data analytics.

• Build processes and standards that increase trust with data and provide consistent metrics across the organization.
• Train business users to self-serve in analytics using the resources in BI and IT

What We Need to See

• At least 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Reporting

• At least 3 years of experience with Tableau or other business intelligence analytics tools (Qlik, Looker, Power BI etc.) required including dashboard and reporting development and maintenance

• Strong SQL query writing and data extraction skills required. Experience with Snowflake and Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and assess data, analyze trends, and produce actionable insights that enable process and business improvements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data and insights in actionable and insightful ways to a variety of audiences.

• Ability to analyze data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness and accuracy.

• Previous experience in data analytics around management strategy, or marketing. Medical device or healthcare experience preferred.
