The Role - Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Help Desk Technician to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY. As a member of the Network and Operations group, the Help Desk Technician is responsible for the administration of the help desk system so as to provide user support and customer service on company supported applications and platforms. This position will troubleshoot problems as a Level 1 support response and advise on appropriate actions for resolution or advancing to Level 2 technical support. The main philosophical goal of the Help Desk Technician is to maintain an excellent rapport so that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the department and company.
