About the role:

As a seasoned HR professional, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff across our GTM functions: Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing. You will act as a critical bridge to all our People Functions and partner with business leaders in global organizations to maintain alignment and consistency across geographies.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience) leaders, providing counsel and hands-on support on all elements of talent strategy and organizational effectiveness to drive business performance.
  • Ensure the structure, roles, and capabilities of our go-to-market teams align with business needs and objectives; partner with leaders to drive change where needed to support growth and scalability in our fast-paced global environment .
  • Act as the advocate of talent management and development for the go-to-market teams with a focus on enhancing the quality of leaders, building skills and capabilities of the workforce, performance management, and ensuring succession bench strength.
  • Partner with the revenue ops function to understand key performance metrics and marry additional HR metrics data to analyze organizational health, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement; provide insight on emerging issues to leadership for visibility and proactive problem solving.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to leaders on complex people matters including team dynamics, employee relationships, and fostering a culture of accountability aligned to our values.
  • Lead the implementation of core People programs and initiatives within the GTM teams (e.g. comp planning, performance management and calibration, engagement survey action planning, talent planning, development and recognition programs); ensure adoption and impact through effective communication and partnership with leaders and inform future design by providing feedback back into People function.
  • Operational leadership and support: Partner with GTM leadership and partners in finance to align talent strategies with annual operating plan and ensure headcount planning and other People investments support business goals

Qualifications

  • Strong generalist foundation with 10+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner with at least 2 years supporting GTM functions including Sales specifically.
  • Significant experience in organizations experiencing significant change, especially the transition from startup to scale-up.
  • Track record of building strong working relationships across functions and balancing the partner role across client groups and HR team and centers of excellence.
  • Deep expertise in org design, role design, organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated success leading change within supported business directly and in partnership with leaders.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives, HR teams, managers, and front line employees.
  • Global experience with an understanding of how to adapt support to local requirements and practices.
