Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Production Management specialist to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Candidate will work closely with the NSIC enterprise managers, chief analyst, and squadron production managers on a daily basis. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

    Assist NSIC leadership in the identification, validation, and prioritization of intelligence production requirements
  • Provide support to NSIC transition from legacy production management tools to new platforms
  • Maintain awareness of NSIC-managed planned and ad-hoc production requirements. Work with the NSIC Intelligence Operations Directorate leadership as well as Enterprise Managers, Squadron Production Managers, Directors of Analysis, and Directors of Operations using NSIC production tracking systems to assign requirements to appropriate organizations subject matter experts ensuring timely action.
  • Prepare responses to requests from the Intelligence Community, DoD, Department of the Air Force, or United States Space Force on NSIC production requirement-related issues.
  • Enter, track, and maintain NSIC production requirements in databases used by defense, service, and national agencies such as the Utilize the Community On-Line Intelligence System for End-Users and Managers (COLISEUM)
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative production metrics to NSIC staff and leadership
  • Advice and assist NSIC in the development and maintenance of intelligence production guidance, standards and tools.
  • Conduct training for analysts on NSIC production management processes
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Bachelors in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as an intelligence professional supporting any Service or Intelligence Community organization
  • Experience using COLISEUM and/or other production management applications/tools
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
  • Open to occasional travel
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with United States Space Force (USSF) organization, mission, roles, and responsibilities
  • Experience as an intelligence production manager supporting any Service or Intelligence Community organization
  • Experience as an intelligence analyst producing narrative intelligence reports
  • Experience developing training material and presenting in a classified environment
  • Master's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related field


Global Comp

$100,000 - $150,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
