What You'll Do

Pay Rate: $18/hr

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

Join OneAZ Credit Union's growing Member Experience team as a Voice of the Member Intern. You'll help drive member-centric innovation by gathering, analyzing, and translating member feedback into actionable insights that improve products, services, and digital experiences. This internship is ideal for students passionate about human behavior, member advocacy, and data-driven experience design.

  • Support the development and analysis of member surveys, focus groups, and usability testing
  • Assist with synthesizing member sentiment from multiple channels (calls, surveys, reviews, social media)
  • Collaborate with UX designers, marketing, and product teams to share VoM findings
  • Support VoM monthly dashboard
  • Help manage Voice of the Member dashboards and performance KPIs
  • Conduct literature reviews and apply behavioral science frameworks to improve feedback loops
  • Participate in journey mapping and persona-building exercises based on feedback data
  • Conduct regular visits to local branches and offices, approximately 10% of the time, to ensure alignment with company standards and provide support as needed.

What You Bring

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Cognitive Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Factors, or a related behavioral science field
  • Strong communication, research, and data interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Medallia, SurveyMonkey, Lyssna) and data tools (e.g., Excel, Sigma BI, Power BI)
  • Interest in human-centered design, member experience, or financial wellness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills
  • Demonstrate a passion for creativity and dedication for getting the job done
  • Be a self-starter and adapt to the pace of the department
