Customer Service/Warehouse Representative *Shift: 1st, (7:30am-4pm)* *Pay: $20-$26/hr (Based on experience)* Job Description: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate information about products, orders, and general inquiries Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using company systems Collaborate with internal teams and support the outside sales team to improve service delivery Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs Assist with general warehouse duties including picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, inventory handling, and keeping the workspace organized Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
