The Digital Program Operations Manager serves as a member of the Digital Strategy & Operations Team within the Digital Center of Excellence. As a key member of the Digital Strategy & Operations Team this role plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our digital projects and programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and operate efficiently.

This role requires an individual who has depth within several of the following disciplines: leadership skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, analytical mindset, ability to handle multiple projects/job responsibilities, champion of intradepartmental collaboration, and the ability to problem solve and bring resolution.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Due to work requirements, candidates must be located within 30 miles of Green Bay, Stevens Point or Milwaukee, WI.

As a Digital Program Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead, manage, and contribute to various digital projects and initiatives, while maintaining a strong alignment with our digital partners, programs, and platforms.
  • Act as a liaison for operational program matters, addressing risk, finance, program management, and operational excellence.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and continuous process improvement within the digital domain.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and self-motivation to handle multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
  • Promote collaboration within and between departments, championing interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Apply an analytical mindset to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Accountable for the accuracy, effectiveness, and proactive management of strategic digital operations programs that support key, long-term initiatives and special projects related to the digital channel.
  • Lead various program components within the digital, ensuring their effectiveness and execution.
  • Develop and maintain an annual policy/program review to verify that key functions are working as designed.
  • Subject matter expert for operational matters for aligned digital platforms/program initiatives
  • Partners with key leaders throughout the bank to identify, assess, and evaluate digital operations-related topics.
  • Develop and document standards and procedures while identifying operational risks and process efficiencies.
  • Identify, assess, measure, monitor, and report of critical digital operations areas.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships across lines of business and with various teams, including Finance, Vendor Management, Digital Teams, Risk, and EPMO.
  • Direct accountability for the business line's role in vendor management, invoice management and vendor risk management.
  • Collaborate with Finance to perform business planning for key programs, including ROI, expense management, and vendor management.
  • Provide group-level reporting, forecasting, and guidance as required.
  • Influence the operating model for digital programs in collaboration with business line and channel leaders.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or similar. Required

Experience

  • 8-10 years leading projects and initiatives in a matrixed or complex organization. Required
