Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish-Speaking) Our manufacturing client is seeking a dependable and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish-speaking) to support both general administrative functions and Human Resources-related tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting diverse teams, and brings a strong sense of organization and professionalism to their work. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams on a daily basis Translate internal documents, communications, and policies between English and Spanish Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and training logistics Maintain and organize employee files and ensure compliance with documentation standards Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees, supporting clear and inclusive communication across departments Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and scheduling coordination Help organize internal events and support employee engagement initiatives Perform data entry, filing, and general office support as needed Qualifications: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required Previous experience in administrative support; experience assisting with HR tasks is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HR systems is a bonus Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
