Team Lead Responsibilities * Analyzing complex encounter process issues, using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers and monitoring claims & encounters processes, including collaborating with cross-functional teams, Encounter Data, to prevent encounter rejections via root cause analysis and resolution. * Identify and interpret encounter data, submission requirements and performance metrics per the regulatory and health plan guidelines. * Research and document all encounter errors in established systems(s) / database (SQL) (s) with appropriate statistical and trend analysis. * Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest industry trends and best practices. * Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs. * Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes. * Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery * Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to promote innovation and excellence. * Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives. Qualifications * HS Diploma or equivalent. * Candidate should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in Facets, EDM and SQL Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 4/19/2025. The annual salary for this position is $54K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
