Summary
The Reporting Lead Project and Program Controls will design and develop innovative dashboards and visualizations, evaluate and maintain advanced reporting and data visualization tools, and guide the definition and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role includes driving the adoption of self-service BI tools such as Power BI. This role involves collaborating with business partners to identify and fulfill reporting needs by translating business requirements into actionable data, reports, and visualizations, to effectively communicate data driven insights to stakeholders, transform data into actionable reports, graphics, and dashboards to illustrate facts, trends, and insights. The role supports and manages the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for business-focused Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. #LI-VB1 Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
Limited travel (less than 15%) required primarily to our generating facilities. The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $160,600. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
