*Typical shift hours are 1030am - 7:00pm*
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
* Manage Access Control Program for the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC).
* Coordinate visit requests for RTC personnel.
* Implement RTC security policies, procedures, and standards supplemental to and
consonant with higher echelons' governing regulations, policies, and requirements.
* Manage RTC Random Antiterrorism Program.
* Provide assistance with in/out-processing of personnel.
Assist with directorate property management tasks:
* Inventory management
* Receiving new property (barcoding and adding to property database)
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Shall have five (5) years' experience directly related to industrial, information,
physical and operational security.
* Shall have experience with DOD security publications and regulations.
Have experience in drafting policies and procedure from Government security regulations for
application at the organization level
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE:
* Prior experience in security, or a military member, in one of the U.S. military
Services, a plus.
* Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), or Defense Information Security System
(DISS).
* Proficient user of Microsoft's Office 365 suite of software and applications (e.g.,
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft's SharePoint.

The physical demands described must be met by an employee to perform the essential

sit for extended time; and use a personal computer keyboard, mouse, and other peripheral
devices.

WORK AUTHORIZATION / SECURITY CLEARANCE:
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret
clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory
background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal
authorization to work in the United States are required.
