THE JOB:

As a Baker, your role is not only to expertly follow recipes and yield guides to create delicious baked goods but also to enhance the overall guest experience by providing friendly service and a warm atmosphere, ensuring that each customer feels valued and welcomed during their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.05 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• As a vital part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and yield guides, assisting in cake and pastry decoration, and ensuring each plate is presented with attention to detail. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area is essential, alongside properly processing requisitions and labeling products for safety. You'll set up and break down your workstation, restock kitchen supplies, and communicate effectively with management and staff to address any guest or employee needs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience in baking
• Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age
