Description

Minimum Qualification:
- Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Industry knowledge of ready-mix concrete and aggregate gradations.
- Willing to work odd and early morning shifts, overtime, and weekends.
- Willing to work many hours outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen.
- Must have a "safety first" attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required.
- Must take direction and be willing to learn.
- Must be self-starting and task driven.
- Must be able to lift and climb as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment.
- ACI Level 1- Field Testing Certification.
- Knowledge with aggregate gradations.
- Knowledge with concrete mix-design.
- Familiarity with breaking concrete specimens.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word as necessary.
