Responsibilities
This senior role will primarily focus on managing Finance integration activities for Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (MA&D) and Project Managing new Business Initiatives executed by Keysight in support of the company's growth initiatives. Key Responsibility areas of the role are:
- Collaborate with Keysight Finance, Integration Management office and target company to define overall Integration strategy.
- Establish Interim state transactional and reporting processes to enable linkages between Keysight and target company during the transition & integration phase.
- Provide leadership to the Finance project team in defining & executing integration strategies for systems/processes, data migration and systems changeover / deployment.
- Develop & execute the financial systems deployment plan which includes enabling ERP setups, boundary applications & reporting systems to achieve systems integration of target company's financial transactions and reporting within Keysight ecosystem.
- Lead teams and work cross-functionally in defining transitional processes in support of process gaps
- Manage stabilization support post cutover
- Provide insightful, effective consulting to Business, various Functions, and Information Technology teams to establish priorities and deliver on strategies to meet business objectives through a collaborative decision-making model.
- Demonstrate capability through project management/team skills in thinking strategically; leading cross functional global teams; delivering results; taking appropriate risks; and a strong knowledge of Finance/ERP applications and processes.
- Flexibility in providing project management support for regulatory compliance and business efficiency initiatives outside of M&A projects
- Ability to lead teams through discovery in developing project requirements and scope
Qualifications
Job Qualifications This position requires an experienced finance professional with a deep understanding of Finance systems and processes, with strong benchmarking and consulting insights. Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Master's Degree or equivalent University degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
- 15+ years of relevant experience in finance core accounting and / or systems domain
- Prior experience working in Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (MA&D) experience is required
- Must have experience integrating finance ERP systems, implementing operational processes, financial & tax reporting needs
- Strong awareness on external benchmarks of integration processes
- Ability to provide insightful, effective consulting and advice to business partners
- Strong People skills to work with a diverse global workforce
- Strong Project management skills and ability to engage in non-M&A Business initiatives when required
