Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Day Shift (Specific hours discussed during interview)

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Provide top-tier technical support to clients via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and networks
  • Handle both inbound and outbound support calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues
  • Work collaboratively with your team to resolve complex issues



What We're Looking For:



  • Basic computer knowledge, especially with Windows and Windows-based applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
  • A team player with a positive, customer-focused mindset
