Talent Development is responsible for providing increased organizational capability for company. This involves implementing operational requirements in Talent Development. Essential functions include but are not limited to: developing training cohorts in conjunction with TD and HR, tracking participation in courses, utilizing metrics to track TD goal achievement. Develop and maintain efficient and effective cohort development and tracking tools. Ensure participant attendance issues are raised and addressed early. Provide first-line support for all questions regarding TD offerings, including class assignments, overviews and dates in a timely and responsive manner. Work as part of a passionate and results-driven team to execute TD programs alongside consistency with business processes and procedures that align with PCI's company policies. Assist TD team as necessary with operational activities, including developing and implementing administrative procedures and executing improvements through Human Resources and other departmental areas. Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that drive PCI's organizational goals and culture. Supports enterprise-level TD activity in Workday, i.e., Quarterly Conversation templates, Peakon engagement survey tool. Demonstrates full ownership of all assigned projects and sees them through to completion. Prepares, trends, and presents TD goals and metrics as well as feedback received on training programs. This includes weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Maintains strict confidentiality in daily operations. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager. Required:
