Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will execute
complex, cross functional projects for Veolia WTS Analytical Instruments located in Boulder, CO. The
ideal candidate has a strong project management background in a manufacturing environment, is self-
motivated, strategic, and team-focused. Proven communication and high performing team-building skills
are essential to success. We are looking for a candidate who can be a key contributor and leader on a
talented and diverse team to meet both project and customer expectations. Duties & Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timeline, and budget with the team.
- Monitor and report progress, accountability, and critical milestones.
- Communicate task dependencies and ensure realistic estimates.
- Facilitate project meetings and establish communication plans.
- Adapt plans to changing business needs and resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with resource managers to allocate personnel to assigned projects.
- Manage change orders and enforce process rigor.
- Document decisions, risks, and lessons learned.
- Ensure project information is organized and accessible.
- Alert leadership to unachievable requests and escalate issues.
- Share best practices and champion change for the PMO.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Communicate complex data excellently in oral and written forms.
- Present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
- Solve complex problems promptly.
- Manage changing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Manage conflict effectively.
- Mentor others effectively.
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace including use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, GMail
- Google Drive and Sites as well as Microsoft Office 365.
Required:
- B.S or M.S. degree in an Engineering discipline or related degree
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
Preferred:
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) / Product Develop Process (PDP) deployment processes
- Working knowledge of Product Management and New Technology/RD governance processes
- Experience with Project Management tools such as OnePlan, Planview, Microsoft Project or equivalent
- Working knowledge of SAP
- PROCSI Certification

- Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range:$120,000 - $140,000 USD
