Role Objective

In this role, you will be accountable for the coordination and execution of key GOJO meetings and events, and channel partner engagement initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Drives the execution of key event planning and processes required to build and deepen GOJO and PURELL advocacy
  • Lead the logistics teams, vendor relationship management and budget tracking for all critical events
  • Plan and execute multiple events at a time, manage numerous deadlines and orchestrate the activities of several different teams of colleagues.
  • Coordinate the annual gifting and recognition process for key Distributor audiences
  • Optimize and assess current processes and ways of working with an eye toward driving standardization, efficiency and maximize spend
  • Gather and leverage data and insights to measure event and customer engagement success and ROI
  • Report on the impact / engagement / success of the event and tradeshow elements
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure consistency in content, support tools, and messaging are in alignment with GOJO brand standards
  • Operate with a sense of purpose and urgency (when necessary); Demonstrate flawless execution and consistent follow-through

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field strongly desired
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in meeting and event planning
  • Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Visio) and software administration or development experience required

Supervision/Coordination

  • Works collaboratively with GOJO cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, product management, sales operations, pricing, supply chain, and market development
  • This role does not directly supervise other GOJO team members

Travel Requirements
Overnight Travel - 20% or greater - required
