As the Principal AI Engineer, you will lead the advancement of our AI capabilities, focusing on engineering excellence and leveraging latest generative AI to enhance our end-to-end operations from experimentation to deployment. Your role will involve design and rollout of secure, scalable GenAI pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments, using CI/CD automation. Join us in transforming the healthcare landscape!

Key Responsibilities:



  • Enhance AI Operations: Prototype and utilize latest generative AI LLMs and tools to streamline processes and tools, enabling faster and more effective AI Agents development across various verticals.
  • Lead R&D Efforts: Lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and monitoring for model training, fine-tuning, serving, and retraining workflows.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new AI-driven products through data insights.
  • Program-Level Initiatives: Lead initiatives focused on the initial development of AI-powered products.
  • Ethical AI/ML Practices: Ensure AI models are transparent, relevant, and ethically used.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, cloud architects, and security teams to operationalize ML/LLM applications reliably and securely.
  • Compliance: Ensure robust PHI/PII compliance (HIPAA, SOC2) across all environments.


Job Scope:

This role requires ownership with minimal technical guidance, handling end-to-end infrastructure and deployment lifecycle for GenAI applications in a highly regulated, multi-cloud setup. You will constantly Evaluate and integrate new model families (e.g., xAI, Gemini, GPTx) into secure production-ready stacks.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $170K to $190K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
