Machine Operator C 2nd Shift

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform all operations necessary to operate machines to perform drill, punch, deburring and cutting operations on diversified, close tolerance work.
• Monitor parts dimensions using jigs, fixtures, gages, calipers, micrometers and height gages to assure conformity of parts.
• Complete paperwork required to document the quality of parts completed.
• Check paperwork to determine required assembly and any special options.
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies, per customer order.
• Use precision measuring tools to check parts for correct fit and dimensions.

3 years: *1+ years of manufacturing experience
*Able to use basic math to add, subtract, multiply, or divide and my work with fractions, decimals, or percentages.
* Able to follow instructions and directions
*Able to communicate verbally and in writing as to work requirements, work in progress or work completion. (required)
