The Strategy & Operations team in Digital Media is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you'll work cross-functionally to shape and complete critical central initiatives, optimize operations, and drive significant results across the organization. You'll be on a highly effective team that values impact, clarity, and execution-turning vision into outcomes and helping the business scale with purpose. This highly visible role will partner cross-functionally to drive the successful delivery of our business and cross app strategies. The ideal candidate loves to solve problems, is adept at establishing relationships in a highly matrixed environment, and thrives at the center of the action solving problems without hesitation.
Work with leaders and cross-functional teams to solve issues, provide insights, and recommendations to support decision-making, and build aligned plans on pivotal initiatives
Drive multiple, simultaneous, complex, strategic and operational priorities / workstreams, frequently leading large partner groups
Partner across the product groups, corporate strategies, finance, analytics, GTM, and more to align multiple leaders on key topics and help drive annual planning
The ability to build strong relationships and able to actively engage and influence people at all organizational levels, building coalitions and communicating continuously to partner teams, collaborators, and executives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $138,400 -- $264,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
