THE JOB:

As a Food Server at Nine Fine Irishmen, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your dedication to providing customized tableside service to all guests, and welcoming personality will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY: $14.1047 hourly, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide exceptional service, including individualized recommendations, answering any menu inquiries, and ensuring guests enjoy their meals and experience

• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and tables, organization of the dining area, and stock of designated areas, side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care, conveying all essential information such as the needs of the guests to the kitchen and management

• Inform management of guest reactions and comments, and assist management as needed to ensure smooth operation and quality service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to work on-call, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience as a Food Server or Food Runner in a high-volume restaurant

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
