THE JOB: As the Beverage Inventory Control Coordinator, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operations of our dynamic beverage program. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately processing and fulfilling internal beverage orders, coordinating timely deliveries from our Central Wine Room and restaurant wine storerooms. You'll oversee inventory levels for both restaurant wines and premium spirits, maintain precise records, and manage both internal transfer orders and external supplier purchase orders. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, and you'll work closely with the Beverage team and restaurant partners across the property to support seamless service.
