Paul Hastings is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Associate with corporate finance experience. Ideal candidates will have 4-8 years of experience with corporate transactions including real estate related subscription lines, corporate finance, fund finance and commercial loans. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
