We're looking for an Operations Coordinator ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll work closely with our field service teams, vendors, clients, and back-office support to ensure seamless project execution, billing, and operational support. Compensation & Work Environment Details:

Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Environment: Jacksonville Office

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Support the Branch Manager and field service teams with scheduling, project tracking, and customer communications to keep work flowing smoothly.
  • Manage Project Logistics: Handle proposal submissions, secure purchase orders, track service work orders, and ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support branch operations and customer project needs.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for assigned customers-communicating service status, managing documentation, and providing top-notch support.
  • Ensure Quality & Timeliness: Proactively track service progress, close out work orders, and troubleshoot billing issues, especially related to subcontractor labor.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain office supplies, assist with onboarding new associates, and help keep customer and project files organized and up to date.
  • Problem-Solve in Real Time: Respond to urgent needs, resolve service challenges, and help find solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with field and back-office teams to support daily branch operations and meet client expectations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, office management, or administrative support-construction or service industry experience is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency is required.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); Salesforce experience highly preferred.
  • Professional & Accountable: High level of integrity, follow-through, and ownership of tasks.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Valid Driver's License: Occasional local travel may be required.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
