The Senior Director, Marketing Analytics is responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven insights, models, and strategies across the organization, including Marketing, Product Development, and lines of business. This position leverages data, models, and advanced analytics to drive business growth, shape the marketing and product strategies, and enhance decision-making across various segments.

Job Duties
- Manage a team of marketing data analysts who will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement across marketing channels
- Facilitate the development of robust business intelligence tools and strategies to optimize usage and deployment of resources to drive business value, including enabling analytics to more effectively find insights that lead to quicker action and better financial performance.
- Partner with the business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing planning efforts, strategic initiatives, programs, and/or new product/feature launches.
- Manage business unit goals and KPIs, assessing the health of the business and marketing's contribution
- Manage audience segmentation, business rules, and lists for communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, pricing, marketing, sales, finance, and digital to identify opportunities for leveraging data insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 10 years' data analytics and/or data science experienceincluding a minimum of 5 years' experience with marketing data analysis across both paid and owned channels
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading teams including the hiring, development, and coaching of various levels of colleagues
- Advanced experience with and proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, and SQL
- Experience with GA4 for analytics and CDPs for audience segmentation strongly preferred
- Advanced experience with and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Foundational understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning experience
- Experience in financial services or banking experience preferred
- Strategic leadership strength in developing long term people analytics strategies and objectives; ability to proactively identify gaps and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into relevant, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and translate complex ideas into a simple design and messaging for an executive audience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline. Master's Degree in aforementioned areas preferred, or equivalent work experience

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$160k - $190k annually + annual bonus
