Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our Direct to Consumer team at Haworth! As a Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will: Define strategy to deliver exceptional Direct to Consumer (DTC) online shopping experience for Haworth's customers. Recommend best-in-class go to market strategy within DTC online sales channel for existing and new products for product configuration, placement, and promotions; as well as strategy recommendations for content, search optimization, ratings, and reviews. Work across business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver ever-improving DTC customer experience through agile and data-driven product management process. Use innovative approach to increase DTC customer traffic with an eye for what will appeal to customers.
Essential Functions
- DTC ecommerce Growth: Achieves growth targets by aligning with senior leadership and overall business strategy.
- Customer Experience: Drives team actions to deliver best-in-class customer experience, attracting new and retaining repeat customers.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Oversees product sales, develops marketing strategies to drive traffic and improve conversion rates, and manages paid media.
- Ecommerce Site Enhancements: Leads ongoing improvements to the ecommerce site in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Analytics and Reporting: Establishes DTC analytics, supports monthly dashboard reporting, and analyzes website traffic to recommend improvements.
- Team Management and Collaboration: Manages and mentors team members, collaborates with internal and external partners, and engages with the social media team.
- Operational Responsibilities: Manages day-to-day eCommerce tasks, executes email and SMS strategies, and supports digital marketing campaigns and content calendar.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience successfully launching concepts and products to digital audience, including experience utilizing Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
- 2+ years experience in supervising others.
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working in Ecommerce and Direct to Consumer.
- Proven track record of achieving business goals with "Brick and Click" websites, eRetailers, and marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and keyword research, content marketing, and knowing what content is most effective on websites.
- Experience with Shopify.
