Description
Starting Salary Range: $100,000 - $117,500 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. As an Expansion Planning Engineer on our Expansion Planning team, you'll work closely with MISO members and stakeholders to develop and present transmission plans for inclusion in the MISO Transmission Expansion Plan (MTEP). In this role, you'll also support multiple departments by performing a wide range of reliability and compliance assessments-including steady-state, transient, and voltage stability analyses, project reviews, and compliance reporting. Beyond technical work, you'll have opportunities to lead process improvement initiatives, mentor fellow engineers, and manage key processes and projects. You'll grow your technical expertise, build valuable professional relationships, and help shape the future of the grid. Within your first year, success will look like:
