All about the role:

The Learning & Development Partner will be responsible to design and implement programs to strength our organizational capabilities across the North American region. This role collaborates with the global COE Learning and Development & Talent Management teams, local Talent Management team, HR-Business Partners, SMEs (such matter experts), and business leaders to develop either brand new leadership and development programs and/or the regional strategy to implement global initiatives. The L&D partner is an individual contributor with a strategic and innovative mindset. This position is based in Charlotte, NC. and reports to the Sr. Director of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition.

What you'll do:

  • You will partner with the Global COE Learning & Talent Management teams, share and influence them based on our regional needs.
  • You will create, co-create and implement learning and talent development programs, establish metrics (Kirkpatrick level 3 and 4) & PDCA ways of working to measure the program outcomes and business impact.
  • You will design and/or co-design learning experiences and facilitate content.
  • You will partner with HR-Business partners and senior business leaders to drive change and create a strong talent & learning culture across the organization and NA region.
  • You are familiar with learning maturity models, to assess our current state and develop a roadmap to improve it.
  • You will implement our regional mentorship program, design and implement training programs to support the adoption of our Performance management process, High Performing Teams, feedback and recognition.
  • Handles confidential information while demonstrating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and sound judgment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years previous experience in HR: Corporate learning and development & talent management, Organizational Development or related field.
  • BA/BS degree in business or related discipline.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Experience with Instructional methodologies to create and/or coach others to develop training content using learning software (i.e. Articulate Elucidate, Adobe captivate, CANVAS, etc.)
  • You have good understanding and experience with adult learning models and theories.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office programs; particularly Excel and Power Point; to do data analysis and create executive presentations to report out program results.
  • Self-starter with high change agility and proven success in leading change initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to provide clear, succinct information related to process and system design.
  • Strong customer-client focus and effective consulting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and global partners
  • Exposure to supporting / managing enterprise-driven solutions, processes, and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High level of proficiency (English & Spanish), to communicate and facilitate training in any of these languages.
  • Experience managing HR cloud-based systems (i.e. Cornerstone OnDemand, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.)
  • Learning and development or Talent Management certifications (i.e. ATD, HCI)
  • Masters Organization Development, Human Resources or equivalent
