All about the role: The Learning & Development Partner will be responsible to design and implement programs to strength our organizational capabilities across the North American region. This role collaborates with the global COE Learning and Development & Talent Management teams, local Talent Management team, HR-Business Partners, SMEs (such matter experts), and business leaders to develop either brand new leadership and development programs and/or the regional strategy to implement global initiatives. The L&D partner is an individual contributor with a strategic and innovative mindset. This position is based in Charlotte, NC. and reports to the Sr. Director of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition. What you'll do:
