The Opportunity We are seeking a Manager of Regulatory and Compliance Engineering to support our team in ensuring that our Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products comply with federal and state regulations. This includes products such as Air and Water Source VRF systems, Single and Multi-Split systems, Indoor Units, Heat Recovery Units, chillers, water heating solutions, and an expanding range of other HVAC products. You will manage product-related compliance inquiries, develop educational materials, and provide regulatory and compliance guidance to our Product Management team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping the regulatory and compliance strategies for future product developments. Key Responsibilities:

This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. This position provides an incentive bonus. Recruiting Range
