DIVISION:

Corporate POSITION SUMMARYThis position is more than a typical recruiter, it is being a talent advisor for U.S. Venture. Responsible for full recruiting cycle including recruitment and interviews, thoroughly seeking talented candidates to join our team. Additionally, you will ensure all postings are up-to-date and represent U.S. Venture's culture and values. This role will focus on high volume recruiting and average a requisition load of 35 positions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively manage full-cycle recruiting including phone and in-person interviewing, coordinating interviews, coordinating with hiring managers

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, university relations, and Boolean searches

  • Track recruiting metrics such as call volume, time-to-fill, and pipeline of candidates

  • Conduct thorough first round phone screens, ensuring quality candidates are presented to hiring managers

  • Schedule and manage phone and onsite interview process

  • Organize and attend recruiting events locally or in your assigned region

  • Keep all job postings up-to-date; act as a social media expert to build brand awareness and attract highly talented professionals

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by answering questions and communicating expectations

  • Manage background check and drug screen processes

  • Act as a talent advisor to the business

  • Take action and recommend solutions to increase candidate experience

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ year of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high volume or multi-site environment
  • Bilingual required - fluent in English and Spanish
  • Full cycle experience including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment, benefits, safety, compensation systems, team member relations, unemployment, and worker's compensation
  • Possesses high integrity, loyalty, compassion, and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
  • Good decision maker who is well organized and can prioritize and plan ahead
  • Ability to work in a diverse organization where group interaction, teamwork, and relationships are critical to success
  • Excellent communicator and listener who is assertive yet personable and flexible
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) required
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and integrating recruitment platforms is strongly preferred
  • Occasional travel required to support business operations
