Overview

As the Client Relations Specialist for Utilimaster (A Shyft Brand) based in Bristol, IN you will support our outside sales staff, manage orders, and cultivate strong customer relationships. You will also ensure outstanding service by providing accurate specifications, monitoring orders, and maintaining effective communication with customers and the Production team.

In addition, you will play a pivotal role in identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to the team's success by achieving sales goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for truck bodies
• Prepare and submitting accurate quotes and sales orders
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
• Address inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Monitor and manage current sales orders from placement to completion
• Partner with Production to maintain clear communication with customers on order status
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Upsell products and services by understanding customer needs and offering recommendations
• Enhance efficiency and daily operations while meeting individual and departmental sales goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• A year or more (1+) of proven inside sales or customer service experience (call center or manufacturing environment preferred)
• A history of developing and growing customer relationships
