Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an ERP Transformation Change Impact Leader to join our team! Taylor is on a multi-year journey to realize organizational transformation via an ERP & digital implementation. If you are a highly skilled, enthusiastic change management professional who is creative, tech savvy, process-centric, and ready to be a part of successfully transitioning processes, systems, and ways of working, you may be our next Transformation & ERP Change Impact Lead!

You will be responsible for the development and execution of structured change impact assessment methodologies, ensuring that business disruptions are minimized, risks are effectively managed, and stakeholders are prepared for transformation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP-driven business process change, preferably with change impact analysis, risk mitigation strategies, and experience building change impact-related skills across business functions to drive change adoption and sustainment.

Your Responsibilities:

Change Impact Identification & Assessment

  • Develop and implement structured change impact assessment frameworks and tools for Taylor and make these a strength of the organization.
  • Establish and implement a framework for conducting change impact assessments, ensuring its integration into the overall project framework.
  • Collaborate with business process owners, functional leads, and technology teams to identify, assess, and manage transformation changes that will affect operations.
  • Support Taylor resources in conducting detailed impact analyses to understand changes in business processes, roles, responsibilities, and system interactions.
  • Help identify potential risks and disruptions associated with process redesign, automation, data migration, and new system adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Training Lead and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to integrate Change Impacts and framework into the training strategy and curriculum.

Mitigation Strategies & Change Readiness

  • Help Taylor develop and execute risk mitigation plans to minimize disruption to daily business operations. Effectively monitor Risks in project tracking tools, participating and aligning to the PMO.
  • Implement strategies to address people-related change impacts, including role transitions, upskilling, and process adoption.
  • Work with leadership to embed change resilience within teams, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Align with project teams to sequence and phase changes in a way that minimizes operational risk and business disruption.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Establish strong stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment on change impacts and readiness plans.
  • Provide executive-level insights and reports on key change risks, readiness levels, and mitigation progress.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to validate change impacts and address concerns proactively.

Training & Change Adoption Enablement

  • Partner with Training Lead to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to the transformation and related technologies through change impacts and process mapping that aligns with the Training Strategy.
  • Partner with Training Lead to leverage feedback mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and refine learning approaches.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Create and implement tracking systems and KPIs to measure change impact readiness and go-live success metrics.
  • Manage a change impact tracking system, ensuring transparency in risk identification and resolution.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of impact mitigation strategies and change adoption.
  • Support leadership in embedding change impact assessment capabilities as a core organizational strength.
  • Continuously refine change impact methodologies based on lessons learned through our transformation.

You Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, digital transformation, and organizational change management
  • Proven expertise in change impact assessment frameworks, risk mitigation, and business readiness strategies
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms (preferably Oracle and Workday) and their impact on business processes
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • An understanding of project management and the ability to provide input to PMO based on project plans
  • Experience conducting complex change analyses across multiple business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, etc.).
  • Strong ability to analyze and translate system-driven changes into real-world business impacts
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an initiative-taking approach to risk management
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with executives, business leaders, and transformation teams

We Would Prefer:

  • Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
  • Jira experience

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$130,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
