Job Title HR Business Partner AssistantJob Description About The Position: People Inc. is seeking a skilled and organized Assistant to provide support to our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. This full-time role will be based in our New York, NY, office, with a hybrid work schedule offering the flexibility to work up to 2 days per week from home. The role will involve collaboration with team members across various locations in the U.S. About The Team: The HRBP team partners with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, implement change management strategies, and improve employee engagement. We work closely with various teams to shape performance management, talent retention strategies, and career development initiatives. Our goal is to foster a supportive and high-performance culture across the organization. As an HRBP Assistant, you will play an integral role in ensuring smooth operations for the HRBP team, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments, and supporting critical HR initiatives. About The Position's Contributions: Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 30% - Create and manage job requisitions in Workday, our HR management system. 20% - Generate reports and organize data, including preparing org charts, spreadsheets, and presentation decks. 20% - Collaborate with departments such as Talent Acquisition, Operations, Benefits, and Finance to gather necessary information and ensure efficient workflow. 10% - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide event assistance (e.g., reserving rooms, ordering food, etc.). 10% - Create and submit expense reports. 5% - Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance. 5% - Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned. The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 3 years administrative support experience. Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities: Proficiency in Excel required. Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms strongly preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-service mindset and collaborative team player. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
