Accounts Payable Administrator *Shift: 1st, (8am-5pm/ 9am-5pm)* *Pay: $20/hr. (Based on Experience)* We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. This role supports the finance department with day-to-day AP tasks, helps manage front office responsibilities, and assists with company events. The ideal candidate is organized, a team player, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Job Description: Accurately enter and process all vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies Maintain organized AP records including purchase orders, packing slips, receipts, and vendor documentation Handle monthly AP close: reconcile reports, accruals, and ensure alignment with the general ledger Communicate with vendors to obtain W-9s, COIs, and reconcile monthly statements Prepare and issue year-end 1099s Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity Support internal departments with job costing, cost codes, and invoice allocation Perform check runs and coordinate distribution Order office supplies, help manage lunchroom needs, and assist in company event planning Greet guests and customers with a positive, professional demeanor Interface regularly with internal stakeholders including the Controller, Equipment Manager, and Shop Superintendent Qualifications: Education/Experience: Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent experience in accounts payable, preferably in the construction industry Strong knowledge of job costing, GL coding, and cost code usage
