What We're Looking For:

Meltwater is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Enterprise Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to join our growing Americas Enterprise Marketing team. This contract is expected to run through the end of the year. You will play a key role in supporting campaigns, events, data needs, and outreach initiatives that drive inbound leads, foster account engagement, and contribute to the sales pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, work collaboratively, and help optimize marketing efforts across our enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in executing various marketing campaigns and programs, including email outreach, ABM initiatives, and digital promotions.


  • Asset Coordination: Help develop, organize, and distribute marketing materials such as landing pages, ads, and written copy for campaigns.


  • Event & Webinar Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing activities by managing logistics and materials.


  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to provide marketing assets, share insights about customer segments, and help identify new opportunities for growth and upselling.


  • Data Gathering & Organization: Addressing diverse data needs and structuring information effectively.


  • Lead Nurturing: Assist in optimizing outreach efforts and nurturing marketing leads through follow-up communications and tracking.


  • Content Support: Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials to ensure clear, compelling messaging.


  • Performance Analysis: Contribute to evaluating the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Skills: daily usage of tools like LinkedIn, Zoom Info, 6Sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing (or a related role) in a B2B/SaaS environment.


  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Collaboration: A team player with a strong willingness to learn and support cross-functional projects.


  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Understanding: Basic knowledge of enterprise business models and target audiences.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate of $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
