Summary:
UNC Health Alliance, the statewide clinically integrated network (CIN) of UNC Health Care, is seeking an experienced and driven Manager of Network Development to lead a high-performing team and partner with executive leadership to transform healthcare delivery across North Carolina. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing data-informed network strategies in collaboration with the Executive Director. The Manager will supervise a multidisciplinary team responsible for provider data management, network adequacy, performance reporting, and project execution-ensuring the growth and performance of our CIN, which includes over 8,000 community-based and employed physicians.

The teammate will be required to travel to our systemwide facilities across North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

1. Identification of Strategic Needs - Identifies clinical and strategic needs in the service area, and develop programs, services and systems to respond to those needs.

2. Implementation Plans - Manages implementation plans for approved strategic initiatives.

3. Market Development- Oversees the planning, development and implementation of system-level clinical and market development initiatives involving multiple entities.

4. Programmatic Initiatives- Manages complex programmatic initiatives, conducts financial analysis, and makes recommendations to senior leadership about the implications of program and market development investments.

5. Relationships- Establishes and maintains positive, ongoing relationships with internal and external health care organizations and partners and advances strategic relationships of the health care system.

6. System Representation - Represents the UNC Health Care System outside of UNC to the public, other providers of care, and policy makers one-on-one and at local, regional and statewide meetings.

Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
* Five (5) years of experience in management consulting or network development experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Research, retrieve, analyze and organize data to prepare reports and financial documentation, analyze and audit data.
