The Position This is a great opportunity for lawyers with excellent research, writing and analytical skills to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage attorneys who handle cases in Texas and throughout the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the State of Texas 1+ years of defense litigation preferred Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions is a plus Experience in both third-party and first-party claims is a plus Coverage analysis and writing experience is a plus Superior analytical and research skills Excellent written and oral communication skills #LI-NK1 Why Should You Apply?
