Title: Migration Solution Architect and Program Manager (Nonprofit Cloud)

We're looking for a skilled, independent Migration Solutions Architect and Program Manager to work closely with nonprofit stakeholders and deliver migration solutions. You'll understand nonprofit customer and partner needs and create effective migration programs and tools for their transformation projects. The role requires navigating architectural differences between the Nonprofit Cloud and the Nonprofit Success Pack, while prioritizing stakeholder needs.

Your Impact:

As a Migration Solutions Architect and Program Manager for Nonprofit Cloud, focusing on stakeholder management, you will drive successful adoption and delivery across our features. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with the community, partners, and nonprofit stakeholders to gather and analyze their migration requirements and challenges.

  • Creating migration strategies and feature designs that address stakeholder needs.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into epics and user stories.

  • Developing a product feature roadmap for migration tools and resources, informed by stakeholder feedback.

  • Leading release planning and ensuring clear stakeholder communication.

  • Managing the product lifecycle for migration resources, iterating based on feedback.

  • Communicating trade-off decisions between scope and schedule to stakeholders.

  • Acting as a subject-matter expert for nonprofit migration, explaining data models to stakeholders.

  • Synthesizing stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Engaging with customers and partners to understand their migration journeys and evaluate the impact of our solutions.

  • Partnering with marketing, alliances, and customer success teams to craft go-to-market messaging.

  • Bringing together diverse teams to deliver valuable migration solutions.

  • Overseeing user acceptance testing, stakeholder communications, sales enablement, and customer outreach activities related to migration solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Management or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management or development role where you have shipped products that have scaled, with a demonstrable emphasis on understanding and incorporating customer feedback.

  • Demonstrated aptitude in the agile software development process, including iterative development and incorporating stakeholder input.

  • Proven experience in gathering and transforming customer and stakeholder needs into an actionable product vision and detailed requirements definition, particularly in the context of data migration and its impact on stakeholder relationships.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the proven ability to clearly and effectively convey complex technical information and migration concepts to a wide range of stakeholders, including those with varying levels of technical expertise and familiarity with NPSP and nonprofit fundraising.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce technologies, with a strong understanding of both the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and the Nonprofit Cloud, and the implications of their differing data models for stakeholder management.

  • Significant experience working directly with or for nonprofit organizations, possessing a deep understanding of their diverse stakeholder ecosystems and the critical importance of maintaining these relationships during technology transformations.

  • Adept public speaker with substantial experience in delivering compelling presentations and conducting product demos to various stakeholder audiences.

Our Teammates Are:
  • Deeply attuned to understanding the nuanced needs of our customers.

  • Driven by compassion (beyond mere empathy) for the challenges nonprofits face.

  • Naturally curious and eager to learn about stakeholder perspectives.

  • Entrepreneurial in their approach to finding solutions for stakeholder pain points.

  • Highly analytical in assessing stakeholder feedback and data.

  • Skilled in crafting a compelling product narrative that resonates with all stakeholders.

  • Inspirational to engineering, design, and sales teams by articulating a shared vision centered on stakeholder success.

  • Detail-oriented yet adaptable in addressing the diverse needs of our stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communicators who foster clear and open dialogue with stakeholders.

  • Highly flexible in responding to evolving stakeholder needs and market dynamics.

  • Collaborative partners who recognize that building impactful products is a team effort, with stakeholders at the center.

This crucial role will be an integral part of a dynamic social impact innovation technology team, dedicated to ensuring a smooth and value-driven transition from NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud for our valued customers and their vital stakeholders.
