Job Description
Conetoe Family Life Center ( CFLC) - 204 N Railroad St Conetoe, NC 27886 - is currently seeking a Public Health Program Assistant.

Duties will include:

  • Conduct community health needs assessments and data collection.
  • Assist with health promotion and education programs tailored to the rural population.
  • Support the evaluation and improvement of CFLC programs.
  • Develop public health communication materials.
  • Participate in community outreach events and youth engagement activities.
  • Complete work products that reflect core public health competencies and applied learning

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be a current ECU MPH student eligible for the Federal Work Study program.
  • Completion of core public health coursework is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and critical thinking skills.
  • Interest in rural and community-based public health initiatives.
  • Reliable transportation to and from CFLC.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Canva or social media skills are a plus.
