Phoenix Defense is now accepting applications for an Instructional Designer supporting simulation software programs in Orlando, FL. SUMMARY: The Instructional Designer will report to the Training Manager. They are responsible for developing, evaluating, and revising training course documentation and material using military standards and the ADDIE process model, complimentary to an AGILE software development environment. Additionally, this position will be assigned other projects or tasks in alignment with the level and scope of the position. RESPONSIBILITIES:
