IT Manager
Job Summary:
The IT Manager will oversee our growing IT team, manage vendors, and ensure all systems and networks operate securely and efficiently across offices. You'll be a key leader ensuring the technical infrastructure supports all departments-including Sales-by enhancing the functionality of our Salesforce CRM and streamlining sales processes for improved performance and efficiency. Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a small but growing IT team
* Oversee system infrastructure and networking
* Manage security protocols and compliance
* Coordinate IT-related vendor contracts and relationships
* Develop and enforce IT policies and SOPs
* Handle high-level escalation and issue resolution
* Plan and manage IT projects
* Partner with Sales leadership to enhance Salesforce functionality and reporting
* Identify and implement technical solutions that optimize sales workflows and CRM adoption Skills:
* Strong leadership and project management
* Excellent understanding of enterprise systems
* Deep knowledge of networking, servers, and security
* Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* IT budgeting and procurement Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
* 5+ years of IT experience, 2+ in a management role
